Latitude.sh LLC and Latitude.sh S.A. (“Latitude.sh”) is part of the Megaport group of companies, which includes Megaport Limited and its subsidiaries (listed here) (collectively, the “Megaport Group”). In this Privacy Policy, references to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Latitude.sh and, where relevant, other Megaport Group entities that support or participate in the processing activities described below. Latitude.sh is the data ‘controller’ for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, store and retain (i.e. ‘process’) personal information when we do so as the ‘controller’. The Services are intended to be used by adults and we do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so that we can take steps to remove such information and terminate any account your child has created with us.
The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides consumers with specific rights regarding their Personal Information. You have the right to request that businesses subject to the CCPA (which may include our Members with whom you have a relationship) disclose certain information to you about their collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months. When offering services to its Members, Latitude.sh acts as a “service provider” under the CCPA and our receipt and collection of any consumer Personal Information is completed on behalf of our Members in order for us to provide the Service. Please direct any requests for access or deletion of your Personal Information under the CCPA to the Member with whom you have a direct relationship.
Consistent with California law, if you choose to exercise your applicable CCPA rights, we won’t charge you different prices or provide you a different quality of services. If we ever offer a financial incentive or product enhancement that is contingent upon you providing your Personal Information, we will not do so unless the benefits to you are reasonably related to the value of the Personal Information that you provide to us.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and so you should review this page periodically. When we change this Privacy Policy in a material way, we will update the "last modified" date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
