AnyDesk partnered with Latitude.sh to better manage their servers

AnyDesk provides remote desktop access software that allows users to collaborate in real time, no matter where they are. Their unique, proprietary product has been downloaded more than 100 million times worldwide since 2014, and AnyDesk is among the 50 fastest-growing companies in Germany.

AnyDesk notices significant improvement in user experience in Brazil

When AnyDesk decided to provide their Latin American users with a better service, they already had a significant user base in Brazil so it made sense to have dedicated infrastructure in the country. That’s when they found Latitude.sh.

A particularity of their product is that latency needs to be virtually nonexistent, so they needed the same from their bare metal provider.

Why AnyDesk chose Latitude.sh

Because we have hundreds of servers around the world, we need to be able to easily manage them. A significant advantage of working with Latitude.sh is that they have various data center locations in Brazil, which not only improves the user experience but also makes the service more reliable and server management easier.

Jindrich Rossler, Business System Engineer at AnyDesk

AnyDesk was driven to become a Latitude.sh customer so they could check inventory online and have new servers up and running in 10 minutes, and they were able to hire Latitude.sh without the need to talk to anyone even though they knew it was possible to do so if they needed extra support.

Our Brazilian user base grew over 30 percent in six months because we were able to provide a more reliable and faster service. With Latitude.sh, the speed of remote desktop connections improved up to 10x vs. our previous configuration. Also, Latitude.sh's straightforward dashboard experience was an important factor for us closing the deal.

Latitude.sh's ease of use plus being able to roll out in Brazil so smoothly is keeping AnyDesk on the path to expansion into other regions. AnyDesk has hired Latitude.sh in Miami and is now considering further expansion into Los Angeles, Chicago, and Dallas as part of their ongoing project to increase their presence in North America.
